摘要
通过实行全面的医疗(护理)流程控制制度,加强质量管理体系的建设,建立科学系统的人员综合评价体系,改革人力资源管理制度,引入人文管理理念,达到明确职责,激发人员活力的作用。综合以上作用从而达到提高护理整体质量,提高整体医疗服务水平进而降低医患矛盾发生的综合效益。
Through carrying out a comprehensive medical （care） process control system, strengthening the construction of the quality management system, establishing the scientific systematic personnel evaluation system, reforming the human resources management system, introducing the concept of human management, achieving a clear mandate and stimulating personnel vitality, we can upgrade the overall quality of care and improve the overall level of medical services and reduce the contradictions between the medical staff and patients.
