摘要
以日本、美国宪法为例,从价值、意义、内涵、要求以及原则的适用和宪法界限等方面对政教分离进行了论述。
The paper elaborates on divorcing religion from politics from the aspects such as value, significance, connotation , request and the application of the principle and constitutional boundary.
