摘要
以环氧树脂E-12和聚乙二醇反应制得乳化剂,在该乳化剂作用下,将环氧树脂E-51分散在去离子水中,制备环氧树脂乳液。用环氧树脂E-51和PEG800为原料,以质量比为2.4∶1的比例,在80℃下反应2~3h,制得改性环氧树脂,再以该改性环氧树脂和三乙烯四胺为原料,在70℃下反应2h,得到性能优良的固化剂。以该固化剂配制的涂料形成的涂膜耐碱性较好。
:An emulsifier war synthesized by reaction of epoxy E - 12 with polyethylene glycol (PEG). Epoxy resin E - 51 was dispersed into deionized water at the present of the emulsifier to prepare the epoxy e mulsion. Modified epoxy resin was synthesized by reaction, for 2 -3 h, of E -51 and PEG800 (2. d: 1 ). Curing agent was prepared at 70 ℃ by reaction, for 2 h, the modified epoxy resin and triethylene - tetramine. The alkali resistance of coatings films, was excellent.
