摘要
阐述了DEA方法及管理信息系统软件开发项目管理有效性评价方法,提出了以软件开发生产率、周期、工作量为产出的决策单元概念,建立了管理信息系统开发项目管理评价指标体系,对合肥工业大学管理学院系统决策科学研究所从事开发的四个管理信息系统的项目管理活动进行了有效性评价分析。
The paper describes the method of DEA and the validity Evaluation on Project-Management＇s functions of MIS＇s development, and come up with a concept for using software development.period,work-load as DMU＇s output, set up with a evaluation index system of the MIS＇s development. By this way, the PM functions of four MIS developed by the School of Management, Hefei University of Technology has evaluated and compared.
