摘要
基于,策略,讨论了缺货不通过到达的订货进行补充的随机存储系统。假定需求量、需求发生的间隔、以及提前时间都为随机变量,建立了系统的数学模型。给出库存总费用和缺货率的计算公式,将二者加权平均得到策略的综合系数。设计了系统仿真运行框图,在各种费用参数给定后,利用计算机仿真和综合系数来选定最优存储策略。
Based on (s, S) inventory policy, stochastic inventory system is discussed which products out of stock would not be replenished by follow-up order. Supposing that demand quantity, time between twice demand and lead time are random variables, system model is established. Computing formula of stock total cost and rate of shortage is given. Considering weighted mean of two objects, synthesis coefficient is obtained. Block diagram of Simulation process is designed. When all parameters are given, the optimal inventory policy can be selected by computer simulation technique and synthesis coefficient.
