摘要
报道2种商品卷柏类药用植物的止血实验。结果表明，卷柏和垫状卷柏止血作用确凿，以垫状卷柏效果稍佳。其水溶性碱性成分能显著缩短出血时间（小鼠剪尾法），是止血的有效部位。两者经炒炭炮制后止血作用均减弱。
Hemostatic effect of Chinese traditional drug Juanbai was studied. Pharmacological experiments indicatedthat, both Selaginella tamariscina and S. pulvinata, the two different plant resources of Juanbai, had exactstyptic effect,with the latter showing slightly better efficacy.The effective substances were supposed to bewater-soluble basylous components,which could significantly shorten the bleeding time of mice(applied totail-cut method). When carbonized,the drugs became active-reduced,their hemostatic effect weakened.
