摘要
指出物流基础设施、物流管理水平、物流组织方式等是现阶段导致我国物流成本总体偏高的主要原因,并从物流标准化、供应链管理、信息化、流通全过程的视角、控制退货成本、"零库存"成本效应控制、建立科学合理的物流成本核算体系七个方面探讨了如何降低物流成本,从而提升我国企业的竞争优势,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。
The paper considers that the total logistics costs in China is still running in a high level, discusses how to reduce the costs in seven aspects, including logistics standardization, SCM, information, circulation, return cost control, ‘zero＇ inventory and establishment of logistics cost accounting.
