当归川芎水蛭合剂对实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠生精功能的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Angelica Sinensis Ligustici Leech Mixture on the Spermatogenesis of Experimental Varicocele in Rats

摘要 目的:探讨当归川芎水蛭合剂对于实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸生精功能的影响。方法:采用HE染色、光镜观察当归川芎水蛭合剂对实验性精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸组织、精索内静脉结构的影响;利用全自动精液分析系统分析大鼠附睾尾部精子数量及活力;测定大鼠睾丸组织中丙二醛(MDA)的含量与超氧化物歧化物酶(SOD)的活力。结果:治疗组大鼠睾丸和精索内静脉的结构损害明显低于对照组。左侧睾丸MDA含量低于对照组,SOD活性高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组附睾尾部精子活力与假手术组相比,精子的直线、曲线速度、路径速度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:当归川芎水蛭合剂对实验性精索静脉曲张造成的左侧睾丸损伤具有保护作用,可以明显提升精子质量,这种作用可能与当归川芎蛭合剂可以增强抗氧化酶活性、对抗机体脂质过氧化有关。 Objective. To study the influence of angelica sinensis ligustici leech mixturo on the experi mental varicocele rats' spermatogenesis. Methods: The effect of angelica sinensi ligustici leech mixture on the experimental rats' left varicocele was observed by microscope. The rats' seminal fluid were analyzed by computer assistant spermatozoa analyze (CASA) system. The content of maleic dialdehyde (MDA) and the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were tested in different groups of rats. Results: The injury of testis and spermatic veins of treatment group was much milder than that of in control group in left testicles in the rats. The activity of spermatozoa in treatment group were better than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The content of MDA in treatment group rats' left testicles was lower than in control group and the activity of SOD were much higher than in control group. The motion parameters of spermatozoa such as curvilinear velocity (VCL), straight-line velocity(VSL) and average path velocity (VAP) were faster than those of control group. Conclusion. The mixture of angelica sinensis ligusitici leech could protect and repair the testis' injury in experimental varicocele, and improve the activity of the experimental rats' end epididymis spermatozoa. The function may associated with antilipid-peroxidation and reinforce the activity of antioxidase.
