摘要
针对国内外合作技术创新伙伴选择方法研究的不足,利用模糊层次分析法对合作技术创新伙伴的选择进行定性和定量相结合的研究,以期为技术创新主体客观有效地选择合作创新伙伴提供了相关的理论依据。
This paper is mainly concerned about the disadvantage of the methods on innovation partner selection between local and abroad, with making use of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to the qualitative and quantitative studies on cooperative innovation partner selection. Based on these, this paper has provided some theory based on objective and effective partner selection of cooperative innovation.
