摘要
多功能液压挖掘机更换不同执行器时,所需压力、流量及功率有所不同,要求泵输出参数与此相适应。本文用功率键合图对多功能液压挖掘机的泵控系统建立了数学模型,进行了动态特性仿真研究,实现了不同作业工况下泵与负载的功率匹配,达到了节能目的,在工程实践中具有比较重要的理论意义和现实意义。
When a multiple-performance hydraulic excavator replaces different working components, the relative pressure, flow and power are different, so the output parameter of the pump needs to accommodate to them. Power bond graph was used to build the mathematics model of the controlling pump system in a multiple-performance excavator. Dynamic characteristics simulation study was analyzed. Power matching control of pump and load in the different working conditions was realized. And energy saving was achieved.
