应变成像定量评价冠心病病人局部心肌收缩功能 被引量:1

Quantitative assessment of ischemic myocardial systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease using strain imaging

摘要 目的应用应变成像技术定量评价冠心病局部心肌收缩能。方法应用应变成像对冠心病病人53例和正常人42名左心室前间隔与后壁径向、各室壁节段纵向收缩期峰值应变进行测定,并以冠状动脉造影结果为标准进行对比分析。结果冠心病病人缺血心肌的收缩期峰值应变表现为明显减低、消失,甚至倒置。冠心病组各室壁缺血节段收缩期径向、纵向峰值应变测值均较对照组相应节段明显减低。结论冠心病缺血心肌收缩期峰值应变明显减低,应变成像技术是临床无创、定量评价冠心病局部心肌功能的新方法。 Objectives To assess the ischemic myocardial systolic function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) by strain imaging (SI). Methods Fifty-three patients with CHD and forty-two normal control subjects were enrolled in the study. Radial and longitudinal peak systolic strain in the basal, mid and apical segment of left ventricular walls were measured. According to the results of coronary angiography, the data in ischemic segments of CHD and in normal segments of controls were compared. Results Peak systolic strain of ischemic myocardium in patient with CHD was significantly lower, disappeared, or even showed inversion. Radial and longitudinal peak systolic strain in ischemic segments of CHD were significantly reduced than those in corresponding normal segments of controls. Conclusions SI can be used as a new technique for evaluating regional myocardial function noninvasively and quantitatively.
