耐热链霉菌B221产生角蛋白酶的液体发酵条件研究 被引量:7

摘要 以羽毛粉为底物,采用链霉菌(Streptomycessp.)B221液体发酵生产角蛋白酶,考察了温度、pH值、氮源、碳源以及接种菌量对角蛋白酶生成的影响。结果表明,该菌能够分解羽毛角蛋白,产生角蛋白酶,且在40℃、pH值为9.0、接种量为5%时酶活力最强。与培养基中只含有羽毛的发酵过程相比,添加蔗糖更有利于提高角蛋白酶的活性,而葡萄糖和可溶性淀粉对酶的活性则有不同程度的抑制作用;添加NH4C l和KNO3对角蛋白酶活性均有一定的促进作用,而尿素和蛋白胨则对角蛋白酶活性有抑制作用。本试验研究结果为进一步利用微生物技术手段开发羽毛角蛋白资源奠定了基础。
