摘要
在钛合金表面进行了激光搭结熔覆WC-12Co涂层的试验,结果表明:激光熔覆区在微观结构上分为熔覆层、熔化区和热影响区。在搭接熔覆层出现了较为粗大的组织特征,主要是固溶多种元素的Ti基固溶体;熔化区是熔覆材料与基体钛合金的混熔区,为大小不等的颗粒晶。激光熔覆层的耐磨性比时效处理的钛合金显著提高,磨损机制是剥层磨损和磨粒磨损。
Multitrack laser cladding of WC-12Co power on TC 4 alloy substrate was performed. Results show that the laser clad layer is devided into the clading layer, melting zone and heat-affecting zone. Large structure characters were appeared in multitrack laser-clad, laser-clad coating mainly consisted of Ti-base solid solution. The melting zone is a mixture of melted WC- 12Co-base and Ti-base alloys, it was non-distribution particlates . Compared to age-hardening titanium alloys,the wear resistance of laser clad layer is improved remaxkably. The mechanism of wearing of clad layer is a mixed type of slight peeling off and abrasive wearing.
