调查了九龙江口南岸秋茄种群中含缺绿等位基因的杂合植株的频率，计算了这些杂合植株中缺绿型与正常型胚轴的比率．秋茄种群的自交率较低，为０．１３０，自然突变率为每世代每基因组２．
The frequency of Kandelia candel trees that were heterozygous for chlorophyll deficient alleles was determined for a population at the south coast of Jiulong River Estuary in Fujian Province. Segregation ratios for the offsprings of those trees were also calculated. The selfing rate of the population was 13.0% and the spontaneous mutation rate was 2.9×10 -4 per generation per genome.
