摘要
目的:探讨重度颅脑损伤患者气管切开护理的方法。方法:对51例重度颅脑损伤患者气管切开后的护理工作和病情演变情况进行回顾性分析探讨。结果:51例患者采取我们的护理措施后,除2例因颅脑损伤严重死亡外,45例(占88%)安全渡过急性期,有4例发生了肺部感染(占7%),经积极治疗后,最终拔除气管套管,痊愈出院。结论:对于重度颅脑损伤患者气管切开后,做好基础护理,采取有效的气道湿化,及时清除气道分泌物,防止肺部感染,防止消化道呕吐物返流入呼吸道等措施,是护理工作的重中之重。
Objective To Discuss of severe brain injury patients tracheotomy care methods. Methods 51 cases of severe brain injury patients after tracheotomy care and the evolution of the disease were retrospectively analyzed. Results 51 cases of patients we take care measures, in addition to two cases due to serious brain injury deaths, 45 cases （88%） security through the acute phase , 4 cases （7%） occurred lung infection , after aggressive therapy, extubation casings were discharged . Conclusion For severe brain injury patients after tracheotomy , make primary health care, and take effective airway wetlands, the timely removal of airway secretions, prevent lung infection, prevent gastrointestinal vomitus back to the inflow of respiratory and other measures, is the most important task of nursing care.
