食管鳞癌组织中CD44V6和基质金属蛋白酶-7的表达 被引量:1

Expression of CD44V6 and MMP-7 protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue

摘要 目的:探讨CD44V6及基质金属蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的表达与食管癌发生、发展及浸润、转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测60例食管鳞癌组织、30例癌旁不典型增生组织及60例正常食管黏膜组织中CD44V6及MMP-7蛋白的表达情况。结果:癌组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及正常食管黏膜组织中CD44V6蛋白的阳性表达率依次降低,分别为76.7%(46/60)、60.0%(18/30)、43.3%(26/60),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=14.222,P<0.05);癌组织、癌旁不典型增生组织及正常食管黏膜组织中MMP-7的阳性表达率分别为73.3%(44/60)、80.0%(24/30)、36.7%(22/60),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.431,P<0.05)。食管鳞癌组织中CD44V6蛋白表达与癌的浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);MMP-7蛋白表达与癌的组织学分级、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:在食管癌的浸润、转移及黏膜上皮癌变过程中CD44V6和MMP-7可能起重要作用,二者的联合检测可望成为食管鳞癌早期诊断和判断预后的分子指标之一。 Aim : To explore the relationship between the expression of CD44V6, MMP-7 protein and the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistoehemical SP method was used to detect the expression of CD44V6 and MMP-7 protein in 60 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissue, 30 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and 60 cases of normal esophageal epithelium. Results: The positive expression rates of CD44V6 protein in carcinoma tissue, adjacent atypical hyperplasia epithelium and normal esophageal epithelium were 76.7% (46/60) , 60.0% ( 18/30 ) , 43.3% ( 26/60 ) , respectively, and there were significant differences between the 3 groups(χ^2 = 14. 222 ,P 〈 0.05). The expression rates of MMP-7 protein in the above 3 kinds of tissue were 73.3 % (44/60) , 80.0% (24/30) , 36.7% (22/60) ,respeetively, and there were significant differences between the 3 groups(χ^2 = 23. 431 ,P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of CD44V6 protein was closely correlated with the infiltration depth and lymphatic metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of MMP-7 protein was closely correlated with the tumor grade, infiltration depth and lymphatic metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: CD44V6 and MMP-7 play important roles in the infiltration, metastasis and carcinomatous change of the mueosa epithelium in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. United examining CD44V6 and MMP-7 can become one of molecular indexes in the early diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
