摘要
基于在H2SO4介质中,痕量铁能明显催化过氧化氢氧化亮绿SF褪色,据此建立了测定痕量铁的新催化动力学光度法。该方法的线性范围为0.012~0.112μg/mL,线性回归方程为△A=0.1502+6.214ρ(μg/mL),r=0.9990,方法检出限为9.65×10^-9g/mL,用于水和煤样品中铁的测定,相对标准偏差为2.6%~5.5%,标准加入回收率为90%~107%。
A new catalytic kinetic method for the determination of trace iron was established based on the catalytic action of Fe(Ⅲ)on the oxidative fading reaction between light green SF and hydrogen peroxide in sulfuric acid medium. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 012-0. 112 μg/mL for Fe(Ⅲ),and the linear regression equation was △A=0. 150 2+6. 214ρ(μg/mL)with the correlation coefficient of 0. 999 0. The detection limit was 9.65 × 10^-9 g/mL for Fe(Ⅲ). The method has been applied to determine trace Fe(Ⅲ)in coal and water samples with the relative standard deviations of 2.6%-5.5% and recoveries of 90%-107%.
