摘要
阐述了永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制的基本原理,介绍了一种基于永磁同步电动机直接转矩控制(DTC-PMSM)测功机设计方案,并据此建立了系统模型进行了大量仿真,仿真结果表明系统方案是可行的,可以对输出转矩实现精确控制,模拟不同工况下的负载特性,并且具有较好的动、静态性能。此方案具有控制结构简单,无需转矩传感器等优点,大大降低了硬件成本,有良好的工程应用价值。
The principle of direct torque control of permanent magnet synchronous motor (DTC-PMSM)was introduced.A scheme of dynamometer was presented based on DTC-PMSM,then a model of the dynamometer system was established according to the presented scheme,and a great deal simulation was performed.The results verifyed the feasibility of the method,which had better static and dynamic performances.The torque can be accurately controlled as to emulate the desired load under different operating conditions.The method was simple to implement as no torque transducer was necessary,which can reduce the hardware cost of the system and had better application value.
