摘要
采用文献资料和问卷调查等方法,对河南省已经获得职业资格证书的社会体育指导员的生存现状和生存环境进行了调研,获知河南省获得资格证书的社会体育指导员队伍在年龄结构等方面有优势,但也存在着实际工作年限偏低等不利因素,更令人担忧的是生存环境没有得到根本改善,严重地影响着这支队伍的个体与整体的稳定与发展.针对存在的问题,提出了相应对策,以期社会体育指导员工作能有所帮助.
The article analyzed current living situation and circumstance of social sports instructors with professional qualifications certificates in Henan Province by means of document data and questionnaire investigation. We are more anxious about the problems that their employment and living circumstance were severe. All of these incentives were impacting the stabilization and development of social sports instructors team. So here we gave some advice and strategy to those problems.
