摘要
正视文科研究生创新素质不足的现状,分析创新素质的内涵并提出培养方略乃是明智之举。培养文科研究生创新素质,即创造性思维与创新能力,应该从课程设置、教学模式及评估体系等方面入手,重视创新型导师队伍建设,营造浓郁的学术氛围。
It is wise of us to attach importance to postgraduates＇ inadequate qualifications for innovation, survey the connotations of innovative qualities and suggest effective strategies and measures so as to cultivate postgraduates＇creativity by starting from designing courses, reforming teaching mode and evaluating teaching system, laying focus on building a new-type tutor team and an academic climate on campus.
