摘要
〔目的〕建立一种有效的针对尸体标本进行HIV检测的方法,为口岸实施卫生检疫提供科学依据,预防和控制艾滋病的传入传出,降低其对我国卫生安全将造成的明确或潜在的危害。〔方法〕应用免疫组化技术对艾滋病患者尸体组织中艾滋病病毒(HIV-1)进行检测,并对采用不同抗体及组织等试验因素进行分析比较。〔结果〕建立了有效的针对尸体标本的免疫组化检测方法。〔结论〕免疫组化实验适用于进行尸体标本的HIV检测。
Objective To establish the test method of HIV ashes specimen, and to provide scientific evielence and prevent AIDS at frontier port,and to reduce the endanger for health safe in China. Methods HIV-1 ashes specimen was detected with immunohistochemistry, and correlative test factors were analyzed. Results A kind of test model of HIV-1 ashes specimen is setted up. Conclusion Immunohistochemical test is fit for HIV ashes specimen.
