摘要
目的建立葛根素滴眼液中葛根素含量测定方法。方法用二阶导数光谱法直接测定葛根素滴眼液中葛根素含量,249.5 nm波长处测定振幅D值。结果葛根素在5.10~25.50μg/ml范围呈良好线性关系;其回归方程为D=1.255×10^(-4)C +1.4×10^(-4)(r=0.9981);平均回收率100.9%、RSD=2.2%。结论本方法操作简单、可用于本院制剂葛根素滴眼液中葛根素的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of Puerarin in Puerarin Eye Drops. Methods Puerarin was determined by the Second Order Derivative Spectrophotometry at the ware length of 249.5 nm. Results A good linear relationship in the range of 5.10~25.50μg/ml of Puerarin, the regression equation was D = 1.255×10^-4C+1.4×10^-4(r=0.9981) ;the average recovery was 100.9% and RSD was 2.2%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for determination of Puerarin in Puerarin Eye Drops.
