摘要
对7根HRB400级钢筋混凝土梁和2根HRB335级钢筋混凝土简支梁进行抗弯性能试验,观测并记录了梁的裂缝发展过程和裂缝宽度。通过对试验结果的分析表明,承载力相同的HRB400级钢筋混凝土梁正常使用状态下的裂缝宽度大于HRB335级钢筋混凝土梁。经分析对比,提出梁正常使用状态下裂缝宽度的公式,对裂缝宽度实测值、建议公式计算值和现有规范公式计算值的比较表明,建议公式计算值相对试验值有一定富余。
Based on the experimental research on 7 simple beams reinforced with HRB400 steel bars and 2 beams reinforced with HRB335 steel bars, the development of crack.of the testing members is observed and crack width is written down in different loads and the testing results are discussed and analyzed. The results show that the crack with of HRB400 steel bars reinforced concrete beams is bigger than that of HRB335 steel bars reinforced concrete beams with the same bearing capacity. A formula according to the testing results of crack wideth under the state of service ability is deduced. The testing results of crack width are compared with the calculation results of crack width using the code formula and the deduced formula, the results show the calculation results of crack width using the deduced formula is safe.
