摘要
为了研究双条杉天牛对侧柏挥发性物质的行为反应,该文采用TCT-GC-MS方法,对活体健康和衰弱侧柏在正常和刻伤条件下释放的挥发性物质的组分及其挥发速率的日变化进行了分析.结果表明,侧柏挥发性物质主要为萜类化合物,健康侧柏和衰弱侧柏枝条的挥发物组分和释放速率的日变化规律不同;而无论是健康还是衰弱的侧柏枝条,经刻伤后,其挥发性物质的组分和释放速率的日变化规律都有所改变.
In order to research the behavioral responses of Semanotus bifasciatus to the volatiles of Platycladus orientalis,the composition of volatile compounds and the daily variation of emission rates from the normal and damaged branches of healthy or feeble P.orientalis were investigated through the method of TCT-GCMS.Results showed that the main composition of volatile compounds from P.orientalis was terpenes compounds.The composition of volatile compounds and their daily variation of emission rates from healthy or feeble P.orientalis branches were different.However,the composition of volatile compounds and their daily variation of emission rates had been changed after the branches being damaged whether they were healthy or feeble.
