摘要
针对神华集团有限责任公司在建的煤直接液化示范工程所需起始溶剂量大、煤炭焦化产溶剂不足的问题,在0.1t/d小试装置(BSU)和6.0t/d工艺开发装置(PDU)上对重油催化裂化回炼油芳烃抽提装置生产的重芳烃作为煤炭直接液化的起始溶剂进行考察。结果表明,重油催化裂化回炼油芳烃抽提装置生产的重芳烃经过多次加氢处理后,其密度和组成与煤液化自产溶剂类似,可以作为煤炭直接液化装置的起始溶剂。在PDU上使用该溶剂,当压力为17MPa、反应温度为450℃左右时,煤转化率达90.42%,液化油收率为56.04%。
New starting solvent for preparing coal slurry in Shenhua direct coal liquefaction process was investigated to make up the shortage of solvent produced from coal coking. Heavy aromatic hydrocarbons from aromatics extraction unit using decant oil of RFCC unit as feedstock were deeply hydrotreated to form a hydrogen-donor type solvent. The hydrotreated solvent was tested in a 0. 1 t/d bench scale unit(BSU)and a 6.0 t/d process developing unit(PDU). Results showed that said hydrotreated solvent possessed similar density and compositions as the solvent from coal coking,and it could serve as starting solvent in the direct coal liquefaction process. PDU test results showed that under the conditions of a reaction temperature of 450℃ and a reaction pressure of 17 MPa, using said hydrotreated solvent as starting solvent the conversion of coal and yield of liquefied oil were 90. 42% and 56. 04% ,respectively.
