摘要
目的建立甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊含量测定的HPLC法。方法色谱柱Lichrospher ODS,流动相为甲醇-水-四氢呋喃-5%醋酸铵(5:9:3:4),流速为1.0ml.min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为252nm。结果甘草酸二铵与辅料及溶剂峰分离良好,线性范围为1～100μg.ml-1(r=0.9999,n=5),加样回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.12%。结论HPLC法专属性强,方法简便,可用于甘草酸二铵肠溶胶囊的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric- coated capsules by HPLC. Methods A Lichrospher ODS was used with the mobile phase of carbinol ：water： tetrahydrofuran： ammonium acetate （5 % ） （5 -9：3 ： 4）. The mobile speed was 1.0ml·min^-1 and the phase temperature was 25℃. The detection wavelength was 252nm. Results Diammonium glycyrrhizinate, supplementary substances and solvent summit were separated clearly. The linear range was 1 -100μg·ml^-1 （r = 0. 9999, n = 5）, and the average recovery of diammonium glycyrrhizinate was 99.3 % （RSD = 1. 12 % ）. Conclusion The HPLC method is convenient and accurate which could be used to detect the content of diammonium glycyrrhizinate enteric- coated capsules.
