摘要
本文依据学院成立四年多以来的职业教育改革探索与实践,提出了三位一体办学与人才培养模式,即以北京大学为主的教育资源、以方正集团为主的企业资源与北大方正软件技术学院实际有机结合的三位一体办学模式,以就业为导向、以技能为本位、以素质为基础的三位一体的人才培养模式和实验随课程、实训随学期、实习随就业的三位一体实践教学体系。
This paper presents ＂three-in-one＂ pattern of school-running and talent training based on our research and implementation of reform on vocational education for more than 4 years. The ＂three-in-one＂ pattern of school-running is in terms of the educational resources of Peking University, business resources of Founder Group and our educational practices. The ＂three-in-one＂ pattern of talent training is in terms of the quality-based, skill-oriented and job-targeted training solution. The ＂three in one＂ system of practical teaching is in terms of experiment along with each course, comprehensive practice along with each semester and fieldwork along with employment.
