摘要
本文提出安全食品供应链管理是保障食品安全的重要途径,并从以下几方面来讨论安全食品供应链管理:食品供应链管理的必要性;食品供应链设计的基本要求;目前我国食品供应链的特性分析;食品供应链的优化管理方法。
This paper puts forward food supply chain management as a way to solve the problem of food safty. The article falls into four parts. The first discuss the necessity of food supply chain management; the second part proposes the basic requirements for designing food supply chain; the third part analyzes the characteristics of food supply chain at present in chain; the final section provides the methods for optimizing food supply chain management.
