摘要
本文提出了数字化远程急救信息系统DTEIS的实现，其独特性在于利用发达的通讯网络优势，采用各医院的HRPS作为远程急救工作站，对“120”、“119”和“110”各急救网络进行组网，拓展了HRPS远程医疗的功能，形成了数字化远程急救信息系统。此系统具有安全性、实时性、可扩展、操作简单、实用性强等特点。可实现急救社会化，系统网络化，抢救联动化，知识普及化和信息共享，满足人们的医疗需求并预防和减少危险和灾难的发生。
Realization on digital tele -emergency information （DTEIS） discussed in this paper. The system adopts HRPS of all hospital as Tele - emergency, which expands the telemedicine function of HRPS. the well - developed communication network connecting ＂120＂ （emergency）, ＂119＂ （fire alarm） and ＂110＂ （police） to take full advantage of medical resources of each department. It has become of Digital Tele - emergency Information System. It provides such advantages as security, expandability, simple operation and strong applicability. The realization of emergency socialization, system network, salvage teamwork work, knowledge popularization, common sharing of information resources, satisfy common medical demands, and guaranty the prevention and reduction of dangers and calamities of injury in an accident.
