摘要 铁元素是大多生物体的必需元素之一,嗜铁素是一类对Fe3+有极强吸附性的小分子化合物的螯合因子,在促进植物生长及病害防治方面都起着重要的作用,并且与赤潮的发生有一定的关系。综述了嗜铁素在促进植物生长及病害防治方面的作用,在赤潮研究方面的应用,嗜铁素产生菌的筛选,并对嗜铁素的应用进行了展望。 The iron element is essential to most of the organisms. Siderophore is a kind of chelate factor with strong affinity to Fe^3+, it play an important role in the plant growth promotion and plant disease control, and it has some relation to red tide. In this article, the function of siderophore on plant growth promotion and plant disease control, as well as the utilization of siderophore on the red tide research, the screening of siderophore secreting microorganisms were reviewed. And the prospect of the utilization of siderophore were summaried.
