摘要
虚拟样机技术作为新兴的产品开发设计方法,不但可以缩短新产品的开发周期,大大简化复杂机械系统设计;而且还可以提高产品的设计质量,降低研发成本。为此,阐述了虚拟样机技术的概念、技术特点以及体系结构,同时也介绍了基于ADAMS农业机械虚拟样机的设计流程。
Virtual prototyping technology is a new modern design method. It not only can shorten the exploration periods of new production, but also can make easier to design the machine system, Virtual prototyping technology can help us to decrease cost as well as to get the most optimized systematical capability of product. Concept and characteristics and structure of virtual prototyping technology were described in this paper. At last virtual prototype of agricultural machinery based on ADAMS was introduced.
