摘要
埋地热油管道预热启动过程是一个三维非稳定传热过程,通过分析埋地热油管道几何特性,考虑沿管道轴向预热介质温降对土壤温度变化的影响,建立了有限区域内热油管道预热过程耦合的数学模型,并借助于PHOENICS软件对该模型进行了求解,能够求解出土壤中的任意点在预热过程中任意时刻的温度变化情况和任意时刻的管道周围土壤温度场的分布。这些问题的求解可为管道安全、经济启输投产提供保障。
The process of start up of hot crude oil pipeline is a three-dimensional unsteady-state heat transfer process. The coupling mathematical model in finite region has been established through analysis geometry model of underground hot oil pipeline and in consideration of axial temperature drop of heating media on earth temperature, and is solved by simulation software PHOENICS. The temperature change at any point of earth along the pipeline at any time and the temperature distribution around the pipeline at any moment can be obtained. The solution of these problems can provide the guarantee for the safe economic start-up and commissioning of the pipelines.
