摘要
对选用螯合树脂D401,采用离子交换工艺回收某铜矿地下溶浸渗漏液中的铜进行了研究。分别考察了树脂型态、解吸剂的浓度和流速、解吸操作方式对铜离子吸附和解吸的影响。在最优条件下,解吸液含Cu 15g/L,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和Fe^(3+)浓度小于0.1 g/L,Cu^(2+)与Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)和Fe^(3+)的分离系数分别达到108、390和132。
This paper describes the study on recovering copper from copper mine underground leaching leakage liquid by chelateting ion exchange resin (D401). The impact of chelating resin type, concentration and flow rate of desorbent, desorping way on the copper absorption and desorption were investigated respectively. Under optimum conditions,the content of copper in desorption solution is about 15g/L, Ca^2+.Mg^2+ and Fe^3+ is lower than 0.1g/L. The separation coefficient of Cu^2+ to Ca^2+.Mg^2+ and Fe^3+ is 108,390 and 132 respectively.
