摘要
本文综述了国内外利用农杆菌介导法和基因枪法等植物遗传转化技术向植物导入抗植物病毒基因的应用现状，并就利用该项生物技术来解决植物病毒病对农业生产的为害的前景进行了展望.
The application of techniques of plant genetic transformation at home and abroad, such as Agrobacterium mediated and particle gun mediated transformation in mediating genes of resisting plant virus into plants was discussed. The vista protecting agriculture production from plant virus by the techniques was prospected in this paper.
