摘要
介绍第二次全国残疾人抽样调查的背景、过程和方法。运用文献法比较1987年和2006年两次全国残疾人抽样调查的主要结果。发现与1987年全国第一次抽样调查相比,2006年我国残疾人口总量增加,占总人口的比例上升。肢体残疾人数大幅增加,而智力残疾人数有较大幅度下降。
This paper introduces the background, process and method of the second national sampling survey of disability. And then philological method is used to compare the results of two national sampling surveys of disability conducted separately in 1987 and 2006. The main findings are： the total number of disabled people in our country and the ratio of them to the whole population in 2006 have increased compared with the survey in 1987; the number of limb disabilities increases greatly and that of intellectual disabilities drops significantly.
