摘要
通过机床床身主墙板与隔板板厚变化对其动态特性的影响分析,阐述了尺寸参数对结构件振型及其固有频率的影响规律,为进行结构件动态优化设计作了尝试。
An analysis is made by varyins the wall and plate thickness of machine tool bed on the effects of dynamic character. It shows that the forms and frs quencies of the bed vibrations vary with the thickness of the plates by the analysis of FEM, and attempts to investigate an optimum dynamic structure.
