摘要
目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗冠心病室性早搏(气阴两虚、心络瘀阻型心悸)的疗效及作用机制。方法采用随机双盲、平行对照法按3∶1比例随机,治疗组(参松养心胶囊)306例,对照组(心律宁片)102例,疗程均为4周。结果治疗组冠心病室性早搏总有效率为67.0%,中医证候总有效率为87.6%,心电图总有效率为50.3%,心率变异(HRV)明显改善,疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05～0.01),对QT离散度(QTd)也有一定的改善作用。结论参松养心胶囊对冠心病室性早搏、心肌缺血和中医证候有明显疗效,对冠心病室性早搏心脏自主神经功能异常有明显改善作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and its mechanism of Shensongyangxin capsule （SYC） on ventricular premature beat （VPB） differentiated in TCM as palpitation of Qi-yin deficiency syndrome and Xin collatered stagnation syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods The randomized, double-blind, paralled control method was adopted, patients were randomly divided at 3 ： 1 ratio into two groups, 306 patients in SYC treatment group and 102 patients in control group （treated with Xinlvning table）, with a treatment course of 4 weeks for both groups. The therapeutic effect and mechanism of SYC were observed in patients with CHD. Results In treatment group, the total effective rate was 67.0 %, the total effectiverate of TCM syndromes was 87.6% and the total effective rate of ECG was 50.3 %. The heart rate variability （HRV） was obviously improved, and the thera- peutic effect of treatment group was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, and QT dispersion in treatment group was improved too. Conclusion SYC has obvious therapeutic effect on VPB, myocardial ischemia and TCM syndromes,which can obviously improve the activity of cardiovascular autonomic nervous system in patients with CHD.
