摘要
目的:建立一侧睾丸受损伤(切除或隐睾)致另侧睾丸代偿性改变(CTA)的 Wistar 大鼠实验模型。方法:通过光镜、电镜和显微图像分析技术动态观察 CTA;采用放免法测定血清性激素浓度,探讨其内分泌变化规律及机理;结合交配试验评价其生育力。结果:代偿早期的另侧睾丸重量、体积明显增大,生精和非生精细胞出现肥大、增生,而后期(成年期)的睾丸重量、体积增大相对停止,精子发育有严重障碍;血清 FSH 高低与 CTA 明显相关;交配试验未显示生育力改变,可能与大鼠生殖特性、实验鼠数量有限和观察时间不长等多种因素有关。结论:睾丸受损越重和受损早期,CTA 越明显,血清 FSH 升高为 CTA 发生的中心环节,并提示 CTA 对大鼠生育力可能有一定影响。
Objective:In this experiment,the compensatory testicular adaptation(CTA)was observed on CTA model in Wistar rats after the unilateral castration or in cryptorchidism.Me- thods:The fertility of the experimental rats was evaluated by copulation.Results:In the early stage of CTA,testicular weight and volume increased,the spermatogenetic and non-spermato- genetic cells appeared to be hypertrophy and hyperplasia.In the mature stage,however,the in- crease of testicular weight and volume relatively retarded and the development of spermatogenetic cells was abnormal.The FSH obviously related with CTA.The results of the copulating experi- ment showed no decrese of fertility in CTA rats.It might be explained by various possible factors. Conclusions:The more serious and the earlier the damage was,the more significant the CTA would be.The hypersecretion of FSH is important to mediate the CTA through hypothalamus- texticle-axis.The CTA is probably not favorable to the fertility of experimental rats.
