摘要
以当前常用的水压机主分配器的进水阀为主要研究对象,建立了其数学模型,基于有限元理论,利用CFD软件对进水阀和排水阀进行了内部流场的数值模拟研究,通过对进水阀内部流场的模拟分析可知目前常用的进水阀的引水孔结构不合理,容易产生气蚀,影响其使用寿命,而且出口速度变化范围大,不利于系统稳定。针对水阀的特点,对进水阀进行流场计算,并考虑阀的压力损失,从水力学的角度对该阀进行了优化设计。经过优化改进引水孔的倾斜角度,阀腔内压力均匀分布,出口速度变化缓和,性能得到改善。
The mathematical model of commonly used hydraulic press inlet valve was established. Based on the finite element theory, the simulated study of the internal flow field of inlet valve using CFD software was conducted. It is shown that the structure of diversion pore of inlet valve commonly used at present is unreasonable, the cavitation is easy to be generated. After the optimized improvement of the tilt angle of diversion pore, the distribution of internal pressure of valve is even, the outlet velocity is uniform, the performance is improved.
