航道的信息化管理是航道管理发展的必然要求。基于Microsoft Visual Basic软件平台,利用MapObjects开发的河南航道基础地理信息系统,其地理数据的输入、数据库的建立、电子地图的实现方法等,可为同类地理信息系统的开发提供参考。
Informational management of waterway is the necessary request of development of waterway management. Basic geographic information system of Henan water way has been developed by software of Microsoft Visual Basic and MapObjects. The technology that input of geographic data, establishment of database and realized method of electronic map etc. can be used for reference.
