摘要
临床教学是医学本科教学的重要阶段。如何使学员在较短的课程学习时间内全面掌握临床基本知识,从而尽快适应临床实习,要求临床教员善于处理好课堂内外的几个关系,尤其要具有认真负责的教学态度、扎实的理论知识、丰富的临床经验和高超的授课技巧。
Clinical teaching is one of important stage in the culture of medical students. In order to make medical students fully grasp clinical theories in a relatively short period of time and to adapt to be an intern as soon as possible, medical teachers should sophisticatedly deal with several relations inside and outside the class room, by which, teachers＇ ideals, knowledge, experiences and teaching skills are very important.
