海洋多糖保湿乳剂的制备研究 被引量:13

摘要 为研究海洋糖类物质在化妆品中的保湿作用,分别在相对湿度为81%,43%和干燥的硅胶环境下对壳寡糖、壳聚糖季铵盐、羧甲基壳聚糖、卡拉胶寡糖、鲨鱼软骨素等几种海洋糖类物质和透明质酸的吸湿性和保湿性进行了研究,其中以壳聚糖季铵盐和羧甲基壳聚糖的保湿性能最好。通过对6种聚糖的两两复配实验,筛选出卡拉胶寡糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、透明质酸3种聚糖与其它多糖复配效果较好,并在此基础上通过配比试验得出了3种聚糖的最佳复合配方比为卡拉胶寡糖∶羧甲基壳聚糖∶透明质酸=1∶2∶2。将该复合多糖制备成的保湿乳剂与已知产品进行比较实验,结果显示该保湿乳剂具有良好的保湿效果。另外,本文还在相对湿度43%条件下考察了Ca2+,Mg2+,Zn2+对该复合多糖保湿性能的影响,结果表明这3种金属离子对多糖的保湿性都有一定程度的提高。 The moisture retention and moisture absorption capacities of six saccharides (oligochitosan, quaternary ammonium salt of chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan, oligocarrageenan, chondroitin sulfate from shark and hyaluronic acid) were evaluated under the condition of 81%, 43 % relative humidity and silica-gel. The results show that quaternary ammonium salt of chitosans and carboxymethyl chitosan have good moisture retention capacity. It also has been found that oligocarrageenan, carboxymethyl chitosan and hyaluronic acid have good synergy action. With other saccharides in complex experimenls of 6 saccharides. The optimum ratio of oligocarrageenan, carboxgmethyl Chitosan and hyaluronic acid is 1:2:2(w/w), respedively. In addition, the influence of metal ions (Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Zn^2+ ) on the moisture retention capacity of polysaccharides are also studied under the condition of RH = 43 %. The results showthat the moisture retention capacity of polysaccharides was improved.
