摘要
深井、超深井固井作业中,水泥浆失重和徽环隙的出现严重影响固井质量。联合使用SEP油井水泥膨胀剂和KQ防气窜剂,配制出用于深井、超深井及开发井的水泥浆体系。现场应用表明,加有这两种外加剂的低滤失量膨胀防窜水泥浆体系流变性能好、水泥石抗压强度高,固井质量优良。SEP膨胀剂和KQ防气窜剂均为惰性外加剂,与其它外加剂有良好的配伍性。
A cement slurry system developed is composed of sweller SEP and gas channeling resistant KQ. Field tests indicate that this system possesses the advantage of good theological property, good compressive strength and compatibility with other additives. Itis shown that this cement slurry system can satisfy the demand of cementing operation in the deep and high pressure well.
