介绍了我国西部生态补偿立法的迫切性,探讨了西部生态补偿法律渊源及其现状,论述了西部生态补偿立法的指导思想与基本原则,提出了西部生态补偿的立法构想。
This paper introduces the urgency of the ecological compensation legislation of Western China, probes into the history and present situation of the ecological compensation legislation of Western China, and expounds the guiding thought and basic principle of the ecological compensation legislation of Western China, and expounds the conception of the ecological compensation legislation of Western China.
