摘要
根据泵相似理论和流体动力相似准则,选择Denison T6C006高压叶片泵作为实验泵,根据试验要求确定了实验流程和相应的控制检测方案,并建立了Denison T6C006高压叶片泵试验台架,以模拟Denison T6C020台架试验,在液压油湿相性能试验考察、缩短试验时间等方面进行研究。在液压油台架模拟评定方面,探寻一种可靠的测试方法,使评定试验简单、可靠、省油、省时。
Based on the pump similitude theory and the hydrodynamic similitude rule, Denison T6C006 high pressure vane pump was selected as the testing pump. The certain test flow and corresponding control measuration scheme were determined according to the test requests. And Denison T6C006 high pressure vane pump stand was installed to simulate the test of Denison T6C020 vane pump. The studied on wet phase performance for hydraulic fluid and shortening the test time were done. To find a reliable simulate test method for the evaluation of hydraulic fluid makes stand test simple, reliable, save oil and time.
