摘要
目的:测定经外用5氨基酮戊酸(5-ALA)后尖锐湿疣组织内不同时间原卟啉(PP)的含量,以此为依据提供光动力学治疗(PDT)中最佳光源照射时间。方法:10例经病理组织学证实的男性尖锐湿疣(CA)患者选为研究对象。尖锐湿疣皮损及周边正常皮肤外用20%ALA霜,在6h内每小时1次测定组织内PP的含量,并在外用后12h、24h各测定1次。结果:外用ALA前,尖锐湿疣与正常皮肤组织内仅有少量PP。原卟啉高峰时间为外用ALA后4h,6h后开始明显下降,外用后12hPP量接近正常。结论:这一资料对ALA光动力学疗法治疗尖锐湿疣提供了实验依据,有理论指导意义。外用ALA后3~6h是PDT治疗尖锐湿疣的最佳光源照射时间。
Objective: To determine the content of protoporphyrin (PP) fluorescence in different time course after topical application of 5-AIA in condyloma acuminatum(CA) tissues and normal skin to provide the optimal time for irradiation in AIA-PDT. Methods: Fluorescence kinetics was study in 10 male patients with condyloma acuminatum. Confirmation of diagnosis was established with conventional histology. Lesions and the surrounding skin tissues were treated with 20% ALA cream. Detection the PP fluorescence from above tissue every 1h for the first 6 h and at longer interval afterwards until 24 h. Results: The peak time of fluorescence was 4 h. As the period was extend to 6 h,the amount of PP decreased and to 12 h decreased considerably nearly to normal level. Conclusion: These data may be valuable for topical application of ALA in the photodynamic therapy(PDT) in CA .The optimal time for irradiation may he 3 - 6 h.
