摘要
在1985年-2004年20年间,我国中小学校长素质的研究从方法上来说可以分为两种:思辨型和实证型。从研究内容上来说可以分为三个主要方面:中小学校长整体素质的研究、中小学校长单项素质的研究以及中小学校长素质的相关研究。目前在中小学校长素质研究领域还存在一些问题,未来中小学校长素质的研究将集中在新课程改革背景下校长应该具备的素质、校长具备何种素质才能引领学校发展、提升学校质量以及中小学校长如何通过提升自身素质促使自己由原来的纯行政职务型的校长向职业化、专业化的校长转变等方面。
Reviewing the research of the quality of primary and middle school headmasters during the 20 years from 1985-2004, we can find that by mainly using speculative and positive methods, the scholars put their emphasis on three aspects: the whole quality-structure of the headmasters, the mono-quality of the headmaster and the correlation of the headmasters' qualities and other things. Currently there still exist some problems in the research of the quality of primary and middle school headmasters. In the future, the focus of research will be on what qualities headmasters should possess to lead the schools to develop and to improve the quality of schools as well as how they can realize the change from the executives to the professionalized headmasters.
