脉压与高敏C-反应蛋白的关系

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压患者脉压水平与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度的相关性。方法选择原发性高血压患者102例,对照组为同期健康体检者106例,测定其脉压水平及血中hs-CRP浓度。结果高血压患者血清hs-CRP浓度与脉压水平呈线性相关。结论原发性高血压脉压的增大和血管壁的炎症反应密切相关。
