摘要
本文通过对毛泽东正确处理人民内部矛盾思想的考察,认为如何正确处理人民内部矛盾是中国共产党在执政条件下面临的历史性课题。《关于正确处理人民内部矛盾的问题》一文的产生,不仅是毛泽东个人的认识,也是党对社会主义进行理论探索的思想成果。这一思想提出不久,党的指导思想发生大转变是由多方面原因造成的。其中,正确处理人民内部矛盾思想在两大问题上带有难以避免的认识缺陷:一是如何克服执政党存在的官僚主义等问题;二是如何认识社会主义社会的阶级斗争问题。这种认识缺陷在其他因素的综合作用下,对形势发展产生了不利影响。
Through the investigation of Mao Zedong＇s thinking on the correct handling of contradictions among the people the author believes that how to correctly handle contradictions among the people is a historical topic confronted by our Party in its ruling position. The appearance of ＂On the correct handling of contradictions among the people＂ met the needs of social development. It was not only the thinking of Mao Zedong himself but also the ideological achievement of the CPC in its theoretical exploration of socialism. Soon after the appearance of this thinking, the guiding principle of the Party made a volte face, which was attributable to a lot of causes. Inter alias, the thinking on the correct handling of contradictions among the people has shortcomings on two major points： one is how to overcome bureaucracy and other problems with the ruling party and the other is how to understand class struggle in the socialist society. Deficiency in this understanding coupled with other factors produced negative impact on the development of the situation.
