来氟米特与甲氨蝶呤治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的:研究来氟米特(LEF)对老年类风湿关节炎的疗效及安全性,并与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)进行对照。方法:84例活动性老年类风湿关节炎病人分别用LEF(20mg/d)及MTX(10mg/周)治疗,疗程为24周,在12、24周时对两组的疗效及观察指标进行评估。结果:LEF组在12、24周时的有效率分别为79.2%,83.3%,MTX组为70.8%,75.0%(P>0.05),两组差异无显著性,两组药物不良反应发生率分别为19.0%(8例)和33.3%(14例)(P<0.05)。结论:LEF是一种有效的治疗老年类风湿关节炎的药物,且较安全。
